Brisket time!



YES I nailed the brisket for our weekly Sunday get buff, bow, and BBQ bro fest. But I think the tallow might be my favorite part of it all. Beef tallow might just be the ultimate household staple! two super simple ways to make it. I have used both. Option one literally just grinding the fat as fine as you can make it and throwing it in cast-iron and then straining it to adding a quart of water and boiling it down until all of the moisture cooks out and skimming out all of the beef chunks and then straining it.
