Right side + left side = 2 reps.

100 bodyweight squats
90 push-ups
80 shoulder taps
70 high knees
60 flutter kicks
50 bicycles
40 burpees
30 reverse lunges
20 get ups
10 HS push-ups

No equipment. Just your bodyweight, about 30 minutes, and a little space.
