Today on Deadly & Delicious, We’re making protein-packed banana muffins. These are quick, simple, kid-friendly, and loaded with protein to fuel your day. They are great for snacks or to sneak in some extra protein for yourself.
Deadly Delicious Protein Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs (farm fresh if you’ve got them)
3 tablespoons Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix (or any pancake mix)
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder (optional — I add liver and lentil protein)
Chocolate chips (optional, unless you’re my kid — then no chocolate)
Optional: cranberries, Nutella, or any other extras you want
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Crack in eggs and mix well.
Stir in pancake mix, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Add protein powder if you want the extra gains.
Fill muffin cups halfway — they’ll rise.
Add chocolate chips or any other extras on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes. Check with a toothpick — if it comes out clean, they’re done.
Let cool slightly and enjoy.
